At one side Oneplus 2 is claiming as “Flagship Killer” the other side Samsung is trying to grip mid segment once again by launching “A” Series. Oneplus 2 is capturing market with its Paisa Vasool features whereas Samsung strength resides in Faith & Distribution for Customers.
Let’s see out of One Plus 2 and Samsung Galaxy A8, which phone will be in a different class.
In terms of design Oneplus 2 is somehow look alike Oneplus 1, especially when you look at its backpanel. Oneplus 2 backpanel has Sandstone backpanel as Oneplus 1. And that roughness provides better grip in sweaty conditions too. Phone doesn’t slip when our hands are wet.

On the other hand, Galaxy A8 comes with 32GB interenal storage which can be expandable upto 128GB microSD card.
Oneplus 2 comes up with 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front camera. Oneplus 2 comes with Laer autofocus. With F1.9 lens it ensures brighter picture in low light and HDR. Both stand at same levels here too.
Both phones run on Android Lollipop 5.0, Oneplus 2 comes with its customized Oxygen OS.
The OnePlus 2 has a slightly larger 3,300mAh better, while the Galaxy A8 has a 3,050mAh battery.
As mentioned above, the Galaxy A8 launched at Rs 32,500. OnePlus 2 64GB variant is priced at Rs 24,999.
Both Phones have almost same features, a difference od 19-20 is there. Samsung Galaxy A8 is priced Rs 7500 more than Oneplus 2. Oneplus2 has a long waiting period. Now the question arises, whether you can buy these phones or not? Answer is YES. If you have Oneplus2 invite, then its ok, if you can’t wait for a long, then go for Galaxy A8.
